National Handwriting Contest
The 2009 Grand National Champion is Bethany Rush, an 8th grader at Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Denton, TX. Bethany wins $1,500 in prizes, including a Nintendo Wii game system! Her classmates also benefit: the class wins a new computer system. As an added bonus, Bethany’s teacher wins a trip for two to Washington, D.C., home of our nation’s most important handwritten documents.
