The Intervention Kit Components

Reaching All Readers includes five kits for Guided Reading Levels AA-S. Each kit delivers the components needed for systematic, strategic, and intensive intervention.

Intervention Readers

• Each kit includes four levels of Intervention Readers, with ten carefully sequenced titles at each level. Each level provides a balance of fiction and nonfiction.
• Tear-out practice activities are embedded in each book. Answer Key included.
• A Family Letter is provided on the back cover of each book.

Teacher Guide
Provides a two-day lesson plan that implements best practices in intervention for every Intervention Reader, including

• Strategic Prompting Charts.
• Minilessons focusing on decoding and phonics skills.

Teaching Resources CD-ROM
The CD-ROM includes

• Running Records with two text samples for every Intervention Reader.
• Family Letters in Spanish.
• Record of Additional Intervention.
• Teaching Support Blackline Masters.

Zaner-Bloser Benchmark Assessment Materials

• measure comprehension, fluency, and word recognition.
• provide diagnostic and/or summative assessment.
• include one fiction and one nonfiction test for each guided reading level.
• include Teacher Guide with detailed instructions for oral assessment and Running Records.

Phonics Charts

• help students decode unknown words.
• include one set of eight 8.5" x 11" charts.

Teaching Routine Cards

• detail directions for key instructional methods to implement best practices in intervention.
• include one set of 17 cards.
