Biological and Psychology Benefits of Learning Cursive

The Common Core State Standards, which have now been adopted by most states, do not require students to learn cursive handwriting. In turn, some schools are choosing to remove this skill from the curriculum, but at what cost?

According to Dr. Klemm, improved hand-eye coordination, self-confidence, and self-regulation are just a few of the biological and psychological benefits of learning this critical skill.
