Columbus, Ohio-The Texas State Review Panel has recommended the latest handwriting and spelling programs from Zaner-Bloser, the nation's #1 handwriting and spelling publisher, for adoption by the Texas State Board of Education. The recommended programs, Zaner-Bloser Handwriting ©2012 for Grades 1-3 and Spelling Connections ©2012 for Grades 1-6, address the new Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills as outlined in Proclamation 2011 and will go into classrooms in fall 2011.

Zaner-Bloser Handwriting ©2012 has been updated with simplified alphabets, more practice, integrated interactive whiteboard technology and Spanish components, among other enhancements.
