A: If your school has purchased online products, you will access these products at my.zaner-bloser.com. An online account administrator, the person responsible for license distribution at your school, is designated at the time an order is placed. Please contact this administrator to set up a my.zaner-bloser.com account for you.
If you are an individual who has purchased access to a Zaner-Bloser online product, please allow two business days for your order to process. You will not have access to my.zaner-bloser.com until the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from Zaner-Bloser Tech Support containing a one-time login link to access and set up your my.zaner-bloser.com account. This link is active for 72 hours. If your link expires, please contact Zaner-Bloser Tech Support to request a new link.
If you have purchased a downloadable digital product, you can download this product at any time from the main Zaner-Bloser website. After you have logged in at zaner-bloser.com/user/login, navigate to My Account and click My Downloads to download the file(s).

Q: How can I recover my username or password for my online product(s)?
A: To reset your password to access Zaner-Bloser online products, visit my.zaner-bloser.com and click the Can't access your account? link, where you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address. You will be emailed a one-time login link to reset your password for the My Zaner-Bloser website. Please note that teachers and students will log in with their assigned usernames and the school's School ID. Visit the Superkids website for help with your Superkids Online Portal username and password.
If you have a login for the Zaner-Bloser online store, it is separate from your My Zaner-Bloser login. If you have forgotten your username or password for the online store, click the Request New Password tab from the login page at zaner-bloser.com/user/login, where you will be prompted to enter your username or e-mail address. An e-mail will then be sent with your username and a one-time login link to reset your password.
Q: Can I schedule an appointment with Technical Support?
A: Yes, you can schedule new online product implementation training or get general technical support at your convenience. Log in to my.zaner-bloser.com and click the Help Center tab. Under Contact Zaner-Bloser, click the scheduling link under option 1 and follow the prompts to choose a date and time that work for you.
